Clean Ocean is an educational interactive project that explains ocean pollution in a clear, accessible format, shows its impact on aquatic life, and offers simple actions anyone can take.
The project launched on World Ocean Day, June 8, 2026, inside the Moskvarium exhibition at VDNH.

Ten aquariums with QR codes across the Moskvarium exhibition: from migratory rays to the large marine tank with sharks. Scan, open WebAR without installing an app, and help clean the water.
Clean water is not a given.
Let’s help the ocean together.

The points are placed along the real visitor route through Moskvarium, so the digital layer amplifies the walk rather than interrupting it. Nine locations contain AR gameplay, plus one eco-checklist point. Visitors complete a short mission exactly where the live habitat is already engaging, then move on. The whale in the large marine aquarium closes the route and completes the eco-rescuer code word.

Bottles, film, oil, microplastics — the things the eye often misses.
Use a net, skimmer, blaster, vacuum, or harpoon. Each location has its own tool.
A character explains the pollution type and gives a practical everyday tip.
Each location gives one letter of the secret code word.
Complete the word and unlock a hidden page with digital gifts.
